With over 26-floor plans, we have the unit that meets your requirements and budget. Out of the 26 unique floor plans available we have 25 unfurnished options and 1 furnished options.

  • 12’ by 14’ (168 sq. ft.) is a typical bedroom size
  • UV does not offer a bedroom so small that forces you to push the bed “against the wall”
  • All of our bedrooms provide “walk around the bed” spacing, even for a queen bed

  • UV has the largest closets ... 8 feet is typical!
  • 20 units have 15-foot walk-in closets

We put the room dimensions on our floor plans because we are proud of the spaciousness of our units and you should know the size. Compare:

UV’s are designed and built as the MOST SPACIOUS student housing in the city.  Hallways have been minimized to maximize for your living area.

Independent Living

Independent living means having your own front door. At the UV’s, your apartment door  is an exterior door.  When you open your apartment door … you are outside and just feet away from your car (kind of like at home). 



  • NO interior hallways to walk

  • NO lobby to transverse ... every time you come and go!

 

Dual Vanities

UV provides the option of private bath or two bedrooms sharing a bath between. In cases of a shared bath, the vanity provides two sinks, so each person has their own sink and medicine cabinet.
