Moving to private housing is a big step for your student. University Village Apartments is here to help make this event as smooth, delightful and exciting as possible. 


University Village Apartments is locally owned and operated. The owners are two brothers that grew up in Terre Haute and are graduates of ISU. They have housed more ISU students than any other student housing owners in the city. They know and respond to the needs and wishes of ISU students.

Staff

Erin heads up the professional on-site leasing staff. The maintenance staff is on-site during business hours and on call 24 hours for emergencies.


Lease

Leases are 12-month minimums and are leased as individuals. That is, your student will have no increased financial responsibility if one of the roommates leaves school early.



'At-Your-Door' Parking

University Village has the most parking per unit than any other ISU complex. Most of our parking is “at your door” parking. Thus, the walk from car to entrance is minimal, not a block away. No halls to walk or elevators to ride.


Camera Monitoring

Our parking lots and building entrances have 54 observation/recording cameras. University Village buildings have layouts that allow the entrances of each unit to be highly visible from many other apartment entrances.



Value

Our beginning price point of $395 per person per month puts you in a private room in a four-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with three apartment mates.


Convenient Move In and Outs 

Moving into University Village with “at your door” parking is significantly more convenient and avoids all the hassle of moving in/out of a five-story elevator building. Plus, you move in or out on your schedule!


Postal Package Pickup

Postal package deliveries are left at leasing office. Pickup is monitored by staff.


Very Special Features

Some of our units offer 10-ft cathedral ceilings, granite countertops and even solar panels to reduce electrical cost to a minimum.


Better Living

UV apartments are not only more spacious on the inside, but most of our units have balcony, patio or porch to bring the outside in and provide extra space to gather with friends.


UV has over four acres of green space for outdoor recreation time such as playing catch, sunbathing, walking your dog, a pick-up touch football game, Frisbee golf, etc. This green space recreation is not available in a five-story elevator building.


Speaking of recreation, UV is the closest private student housing to ISU’s Sports and Recreation building, less than two blocks away.
